Coshare Science publishes citable academic and industrial research articles in a video format in the areas including but not limited to biology and medicine, chemistry, engineering, environmental and geological science, material science, and physics and astronomy. The content on Coshare Science is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice or endorsement. The opinions expressed in the videos are those of the authors and do not necessarily reflect the views of Coshare Science.
User Conduct
You are solely responsible for your use of Coshare Science and agree to use it only for lawful purposes. You may not use Coshare Science to:

You retain ownership of any video articles you submit to Coshare Science, but you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your video articles on Coshare Science and its affiliated platforms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to Coshare Science at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use Coshare Science will immediately cease.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Coshare Science is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that Coshare Science will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
